This is a PEWTER TRAIN POST EARRINGS/BROOCH & NECKLACE SET: made by Torino Pewter. The lid holds a pair of Train Stud Earrings and the lid is also a Brooch / Pin. It has small "diamond cuts" on the lid to shimmer. Inside the box is a 16" Necklace with a Train Charm. It measures 1 5/8" long from tail to head by 1 7/8" wide from top of pole by 1/2" high.
